SERVICE REQUEST FORM

Smart Security warrants it's product for 5 years and it's labor for 1 year. If your system and installation are still under warranty, there will be no charge for service of defective items or labor. If this is a chargeable service call (i.e. we did not install your system, you would like additional equipment, you have had a new door installed and need the equipment replaced, etc.) the charge is $65.00/hour. Trip charges do apply outside of the metro Denver area and outside of Colorado Springs/Pueblo. Please fill out the "Service Request Form" to obtain service. Be sure to fill in all the blanks so we can contact you to arrange a service time.
