Smart Security is now able to offer renters the same quality security and
service, without a long term contract. We have two programs for renters.
One is designed for people in transition who need a security system for a short
period of time, generally, less than a year. For this program, we install a
system for a nominal installation fee and you pay a monthly fee that includes
monitoring and equipment rental. There is no contract; the system is rented
on a month to month basis. We will install a basic wireless security system
in your apartment which will include 2 door contacts, 1 motion detector and a
control. Monitoring and rent on this system is only $35.00/month. Because the
system is wireless and self contained, there are only a few screw holes to
patch when you move from your apartment--which we will be happy to repair when
we remove the equipment.

The second program for renters is one in which you purchase the equipment.
This equipment is manufactured especially with the renter in mind. The system
is wireless and self contained and easily installed and/or moved to your next
apartment. The monitoring on this system is $22.00/month with a 12 month
contract required. The cost of the equipment will vary depending on the amount
of equipment you need.
